New patients are always welcome, and time is reserved in daily schedules to accommodate patients in need of more immediate care. Sheri Toledo is office manager and in charge of patient scheduling, insurance, and financial matters. We accept most dental insurance plans, VISA, MasterCard, Discover Card, debit cards, cash and personal checks. Cash/credit card discounts are offered for payment made at time of service for treatment over $500. Payment plans are made through Wells Fargo Financial Services after a brief credit history/check. There are plans available that include 6 months interest free financing.
At your first appointment Dr. Barnes or Dr. Miller will do a thorough examination to check teeth and periodontal conditions, along with a soft tissue exam/cancer screening of the mouth. From this exam they will determine what type of dental cleaning is needed, and any treatment will be discussed. In order to provide a thorough exam they will need a complete set of films that we can take, or that you provide from your previous dentist. Sheri can assist you in determining what you need for the initial exam.
